Online Return Policy
Starlight Starbright hopes that you have enjoyed your online shopping experience. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit according to the following guidelines: Regular price items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the items. No returns on holiday merchandise after November 23. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Please plan for transit time when making a return, as merchandise must be received by Starlight Starbright within 14 days from date of receipt. To return items, email us at . We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which is valid for 14 days. Please include your order number, name, items you are returning and reason for return. We will email you a RAN to write on the outside of the return packaging. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Starlight Starbright, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to make your returns using a trackable system. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns which are not trackable. When the approved return is received by our returns department, credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 days for your return to appear on your credit card. Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be issued store credit to the gift recipient or be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Please note, all sales are final after 14 days. Custom order items are made especially for you by the manufacturer and can not be returned or exchanged. Items which are used, worn or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, all sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the steps outlined above to return the unwanted merchandise. Then, place a new order through our online store for the desired items. Please note that new shipping charges will be incurred. Damaged Items or Errors in Order We do our very best to ensure your purchases are sent to you in perfect condition. However, on occasion, an item is damaged in transit or has damage that was not visible to our shipping department. If this unfortunate event occurs, please contact us immediately at so that we may arrange for return and replacement of the item. We check each order meticulously to ensure it is complete and correct. However, errors may occur.
