The Founders

Starlight Starbright owners Kerri Kaye, Karen McConnell, and Kristin Salmans believe that dreams really do come true.  Believing that a store can be distinctive and functional, we began brainstorming what the ideal store would be.  So, with much planning, talking, traveling, hard work, and laughter, we endeavored to make this dream a reality. 

Founding the business in early 2004, we opened the doors to the Folsom store October 1 of that year.  Since then, the business has grown beyond the most enthusiastic projections.  Starlight Starbright keeps customer service and value as core ideals.  We thoroughly enjoy getting to know our customers and delight in thrilling them with the best, most fashionable, and fabulous merchandise!
